Delete Your PaintFlow Account
We're sorry to hear that you have decided that you no longer wish to use PaintFlow to manage your clients and painting projects. Please use the form below to indicate how you would like to proceed:
- Temporarily deactivate your account.
- If you choose to temporarily deactivate your account, we will disable your login and prevent use of the PaintFlow app using your credentials, but we will not delete any of your data. That way you can reactivate your account when you're ready and pick right up where you left off. To start using PaintFlow again, send an email to our Support team at help@paintflowapp.com.
- Permanently delete your account
- If you choose to permanently delete your account, your business' profile, Clients, Projects, Spaces, Change Orders and Proposals and all other information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This includes all details and photos that you have added to PaintFlow.
