How do I add a Change Order?
To add a Change Order to a Project, follow these steps:
- Open the Project to which you want to add the Change Order.
- Tap the Change Order button.
- Add a title for the Change Order. (Note that this is Client-facing.)
- Add a details of the requested changes in the Description field.
- Add a the price for the additional work in the Cost field.
- Optionally, you can add up to four images to the Change Order.
- Click the Create Change Order button.
The Change Order will be added to the Project. The Client can review the Change Order using the same link they received for the Proposal. It is recommended to get the Client's approval for the Change Order in writing, such as with a text message or an email.
