How do I change the status of a Project?
During the normal course of a Project, PaintFlow will automatically update a Project's status for you. There are times, however, where you may want to manage the status for a Project yourself. For example, if a Client declines your Proposal and doesn't want to move forward with the work, you can easily archive it to remove it from the list of active Projects.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Open the Project whose status you want to change.
- Tap on the Change Status button.
- A panel will slide up from the bottom of the screen, presenting different options. Tap on the status you want to use for the Project.
- The new status will be applied to the Project immediately.
Note that you cannot manually change the status of Projects in an "Active" or "Needs Approval" status.
